Welcome to Ginger Me Events and Ginger Snap Photo Booth ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, website, photo booth rentals, event coordination, and any products we provide.

By booking with us, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payments

A non‑refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. Remaining balances must be paid in full by the due date listed on your invoice. Events are not confirmed until payment is received.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Retainers are non‑refundable under all circumstances. Cancellations made within 30 days of event date may still owe remaining balances. Rescheduling is allowed based on availability and may require a new retainer.

3. Event Requirements

Client must provide safe space, access to power, and adequate setup time. Outdoor bookings require full cover/shade and adequate protection from weather. If conditions are unsafe, we reserve the right to stop services with no refund.

4. Photo & Media Usage

By using our photo booth or booking event services, you grant us permission to use photos, videos, and event content for marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Equipment Responsibility

Client is responsible for damages caused by guests, negligence, or venue conditions. Fees may apply for damaged backdrops, props, or photo booth equipment.

6. Service Interruptions

If technical issues occur, we will make reasonable efforts to fix them. If issues cannot be resolved, refunds or partial refunds will be provided at our discretion based on time serviced.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for venue restrictions, power outages, WiFi issues, or acts of God. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
